what I expect from you

  • You will give detailed and honest information about your dog's behaviour, learning history and any other relevant information.
  • You will respect my knowledge as a professional. You hired me to help you train your dog, so please listen and learn what I am teaching you. It may be different to what you expect but I've spent a lot of time and money to become good at what I do.
  • You will ask questions and clarify anything that does not make sense. It is my job to make it make sense to you!
  • You will provide written and video updates in between training sessions
  • You recognise that in order for your dog's behaviour to change, your behaviour needs to change too.

what you can expect from me

  • I will be thorough in my analysis of your dog's behaviour and develop a personalised training plan for your dog.
  • All training sessions are confidential and non-judgemental so you can make informed choices for your family and dog.
  • I will try to develop a training plan that is realistic for you to implement.
  • I will be honest about your dog's behaviour, any risks I perceive, and how likely it is that we will achieve your training goals.
